The University of Florida Blockchain Lab (UFBCL) and the Gator Blockchain Club took on Miami Art Week! Together, we made a significant contribution to the conversation around blockchain technology and demonstrated the valuable role that young minds play in shaping its future.
One of the highlights of the week was the opportunity for our students to participate in their very own panel about the “Student Perspective on Blockchain” at BitBaselHub.
UFBCL’s mission is to advance the research and development of blockchain-based technologies for use in business, computer science, digital arts, finance, and other areas of potential impact at the University of Florida. The lab serves as an incubator for the blockchain community on-campus and beyond, as well as a research hub and educational program development center. Experiences like Miami Art Week provide our students with priceless real-world applications and connections to the future of technology, helping to promote and educate the next generation of blockchain developers, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts. We are grateful to BitBaselHub for providing this platform and the chance for our students to be part of Miami Art Week 2022.
